Follow these simple steps to place an order for Custom Heart Socks 3D Preview as example, 1st, Visit your favorite product page.
2nd, Add an image from your desktop or mobile phone and adjust or position the photo in a perfect way.
- Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your loved one’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see. Darker photos make it hard for our designers to capture the details!
- A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including the ears and forehead. If we can only see half of the face or the photo is taken from the side, only half of the face will be on your product!
- Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.
- Please make sure it's JPG or PNG format as our system doesn't read PDF. A better size is less than 1.5M.
- If it's still giving you trouble, please change or switch your browser to Firefox or Google Chrome and try again because our website may not be compatible with an Internet Explorer browser.
- You may also try to clear cache/cookies and do a total restart of your browser as this typically clears up any issues.
If there's an error, please Change Photo or Crop by Yourself.
You will be able to trace around the face and add one more face as well.
3rd, Preview your design and proceed to checkout.

4th, Follow the instruction. Please fill in your shipping address. Then, click “Continue to shipping” to complete the payment.
